Founded by Dr. Siamak Goudarzi, former judge, ICC-listed counsel, and author of eight published books, the Group spans the full human relationship with artificial intelligence.

The Founder

A Life Built on
Conviction, Not Convenience

Most people advising on AI governance have never held institutional power — let alone walked away from it. Siamak Goudarzi has. In 2001, he resigned from Iran's judiciary on principle, refusing to serve a system he could not morally defend. That single decision is the foundation of everything Nexter AI Group represents.

"Accountability is not a regulatory concept. It is a moral one. AI governance that doesn't understand this will always fail at the moment it is most needed."

He spent the following decades building an international legal practice as ICC-listed counsel, completing a PhD in International Business Law, and publishing eight books on AI ethics, law, and virtual personhood. Today he holds a USPTO patent for the world's first blockchain-based AI legal identity framework and has a forthcoming book approved by Cambridge Scholars Publishing.
